Booking Confirmation

A journey is confirmed only when KP Executive accepts the booking details and confirms the agreed arrangement by message, email, or phone.

Passenger Details

Please provide accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger, luggage, flight, and contact details. Changes may affect availability or price.

Airport Transfers

Airport journeys should include flight numbers where available. Waiting time, parking, tolls, or additional stops may be charged where applicable.

Cancellations and No-Show

Cancellation terms may depend on journey type, distance, timing, and preparation already undertaken. A no-show or late cancellation may be chargeable.

Delays

KP Executive plans journeys carefully but is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, incidents, or events outside reasonable control.

Conduct and Safety

Drivers may refuse or end a journey where passenger conduct, safety, legality, or vehicle condition is at risk.

Licensing

Licence number: 3741. The private hire operator number can be added here when issued.
